Trey graduated from UNT with a BBA in Finance and is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT), currently pursuing the CFA designation. He holds the Series 7 (Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law License), and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Exam) licenses with Private Client Services (PCS). Trey joined Fluent Financial in September 2020, where he oversees portfolio management strategies, asset allocation, and risk management.

Before joining Fluent Financial, Trey refined his expertise on brokerage desks specializing in stocks, fixed income, and options at TD Ameritrade, JP Morgan, and Charles Schwab.

Trey and his wife Kira live in Lavon with their children Charlotte, William, and Claire. When not at work, Trey enjoys exploring local parks and hiking trails with his family, delving into market and economic literature, and fishing the local lakes.
